Summer Young Adult Coaching Group

summer young adult group coaching

Whether you are in college, tech or trade school, or jumped right into the workforce, learning to adult can be hard. This summer join my coaching group that is only available for young adults who have been diagnosed with ADHD.

This group will meet several times over the summer virtually so any young adult can join even if you have a vacay planned. The purpose of the group is to develop a toolbox so that members gain self-awareness, accountability, education about ADHD and build skills. For a portion of the sessions we will be using the book Understanding Your Brain Get More Done: The ADHD Executive Functions Workbook, by Ari Tuckman, PsyD, MBA. There is a strong emphasis on education about ADHD and how it is showing up in your life, and developing tools to help you get done what isn’t getting done.

Benefits of group coaching include an accountability partner, learning from others in the group, knowing that others struggle with similar issues, being validated by others for strengths and accomplishments, and many others.
