If you have a question, want to share a thought, respond to something I asked, or express a concern, you can do it anytime, from anywhere. I’ll get back to you quickly. Together, we’ll dive into personalized coaching and build a support system tailored to you, using practical tools to help you manage your unique world. You choose our discussion topics, and they can change as your needs do. You’ll gain clarity, build confidence, and discover your strengths in a safe, supportive space. Plus, you won’t have to pay for missed sessions anymore.
Here’s how it works: First, I’ll take time to get to know you and understand how you think. I never assume I know anything about you. You might already be aware of your own strengths and challenges. Once we’ve connected, we’ll start working on your goals together.
We’ll have an ongoing conversation using video, audio, forms, and text messages, all in one place. This way, we can share ideas, questions, discoveries, lessons, and plans as they come up.
We’ll keep building on this conversation, helping you grow into your most confident and capable self.
Hybrid Coaching
If you’re unsure about going fully asynchronous, hybrid coaching might be a better fit. It gives you all the benefits of asynchronous coaching, plus one live session each month that you can schedule when it works for you. We’ll work together on personalized coaching and create a support system that fits your life, using practical tools to help you handle your unique challenges. You get to pick the topics for each session, and you can change them as your needs change. You’ll find more clarity, build your confidence, and discover your strengths in a safe and supportive space. And you won’t have to worry about paying for missed sessions anymore.

Synchronous Coaching
If you like talking to someone in real time, traditional coaching is available. We can meet weekly or every other week. Together, we’ll focus on your needs and build a support system that works for you, using practical tools to help with your unique challenges. You choose the topics for each session and can change them whenever you want. This approach helps you gain clarity, grow your confidence, and find your strengths in a safe, supportive space.
Here’s how it works: I’ll get to know you and learn how you think, without making any assumptions. You might already know your strengths and challenges. Once we connect, we’ll start working on your goals together.
We’ll meet through live video calls. I encourage you to take your own notes during our sessions so you get the most out of your coaching experience.
You’ll only need to set up your recurring sessions once. While the schedule will be saved on our platform, all our conversations will happen during our live sessions. We’ll keep working on your goals until you feel confident and at your best.
