Individual Coaching – Men and Women with ADHD
ADHD is a difference in brain wiring that is a normal variance in the human genome. My approach to coaching those with ADHD is not to assume I know anything about who you are.
You may already know some of who you are and what your unique struggles can be. Together, we will discover the rest. We will build upon it until you become the best, most confidant version of yourself.
You will develop your “Operator’s manual” along the way. A powerful tool to help you conquer your world.
Pricing for individual coaching is $125 per 50 minute session billed monthly in advance
Typical monthly commitments are 2 or 4 sessions monthly – other options are available upon request
Coaching is a Partnership!
- My part is to manage the call, actively listen, make connections, ask questions and hold a safe space for you
- Your part is to choose a topic and answer questions openly and honestly. Topics can range from developing self-care habits to navigating and setting boundaries to whatever you are avoiding engaging in
- Our shared part is co-creating a meaningful relationship that allows growth and development
Coaching sessions are either twice a month or four times a month. Most coaching sessions are held over Zoom. However, phone and in person appointments may also an option.
The first 3 sessions are spent discussing your current self-care, strengths, values, needs and processing modalities. These sessions build a foundational understanding of who you are, so the following sessions can tailored to you specifically.
During this time we will be co-creating our relationship and your goals for coaching. After that, topics are generated by the client. Topics for coaching can very vastly and coaching sessions can cover any topic you wish to work on.
When it is called for and with your permission, I may do some ADHD education and give feedback. An important aspect of coaching is accountability.
