Group Coaching – Adult Adoptees

Adult Adoptees can be navigating many meaningful relationships while trying to integrate their own emotions and identities.

Group coaching is fantastic because many adoptees don’t know other adoptees, so being an adoptee can feel isolating.

Finding others who have lived a similar story to you can help you share your full, uncensored story. Allowing you to be seen, known, and loved. Your loved ones may not have a frame of reference to understand everything you are feeling or experiencing on this topic. Coming together with those who do can be really healing. The most significant difference between group coaching and individual coaching is that group members decide on session topics together and in advance, while individuals decide before each session.

Pricing for Group coaching is $80 per person, per 90 minute session – billed monthly in advance

Typical commitments are 2 or 4 sessions monthly with a total of 13 sessions – other options are available upon request

Once in a group, the 90-minute sessions follow an agenda.
We start with a check-in, do a little education, and then coach different members about an issue related to that topic.
We finish up with final thoughts, new awareness and actions to practice between sessions.
We could do some role-playing.

These are gender-mixed groups.
